We build it before you decide
Send us your name and brokerage. We put together your site, with your branding, photo and service area, and send you a private preview link. No commitment.

Approve one board agreement
Log into the PropTx data portal, pick us as your vendor, sign the IDX agreement. Ten minutes. Your broker of record approves, the board processes it, typically within a business day.

Point your domain, go live
Keep the domain you already own, or we register one for you. We switch it over, your listings appear, and your old provider gets a cancellation email.

Do I need to be a TRREB member?
Yes. Listing data is licensed to board members. If you're with a different Ontario board on the PropTx platform, ask us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can cover your area yet.
How current are the listings?
Your site reads the board's live feed and refreshes throughout the day, so new listings, price changes and open houses show up without anyone touching anything.
I already have a website and domain. Can I keep them?
Keep the domain, absolutely. We'll move your pages, testimonials and photos across, then switch DNS when you're happy with the new site. Nothing goes offline in between.
Who actually builds and supports this?
A small Toronto-area team that built and runs the platform for a working agent. You email a person, not a ticket queue. Changes to your pages are included.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No and no. $30 a month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. If you leave, your domain is yours and we'll hand over your leads.
Can I get a mobile app too?
The platform has a companion app with push alerts. Branded apps are available for teams and brokerages. Ask when you sign up.
