Terms of service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms cover the AgentBrandHQ platform and the websites we host on it. By using agentbrandhq.com or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

AgentBrandHQ is software: a hosted website platform for licensed real estate agents with listing search, calculators, lead capture, an AI assistant for site visitors, and AI lead summaries. Each agent subscription runs on the same platform.

Subscriptions

• $30 per month in Canadian dollars, plus applicable tax, billed monthly. No setup fee and no contract.
• Cancel any time by email. Service continues to the end of the paid month. Your domain stays yours, and we'll export your leads on request.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change.

Listing data

Live MLS® listings appear only after the agent and their broker of record sign the board's data agreements, and they're displayed under the board's rules. Preview sites use sample data until then. Listing information is provided by the board and its members; we don't guarantee its accuracy. AgentBrandHQ is an independent technology vendor and is not affiliated with any real estate board.

AI features

The site assistant and lead summaries are generated by an AI model (Claude, from Anthropic) and can be wrong. The assistant identifies itself as an AI, gives general information only, and doesn't give legal, tax, mortgage or investment advice. Agents review AI-drafted replies before sending them; the platform never contacts clients automatically.

Agents' responsibilities

Agents are responsible for the content they ask us to publish, for following RECO and board advertising rules, and for how they handle the enquiries they receive.

Acceptable use

Don't use the sites or the assistant to send spam, scrape listing data, attempt to break the service, or submit content that's unlawful or abusive. We may rate-limit or block traffic to protect the service.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date here; material changes to subscriptions are emailed to subscribers first. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Questions: hello@agentbrandhq.com.
